Time for a Conversation

The hustle and bustle of a typical work day generally leaves little time to sit down and connect with colleagues outside of normal work.  This past week I met with two colleagues who are working on career transitions and I shared my thoughts on their approach and techniques I have used in the past.  Even though I was extremely busy I always have time for friends and colleagues who need help.  Make time for a conversation and you will be amazed on what you learn and the impact you can have helping others be successful.
